This competition is open to all working within the café sector – from independents, chains, in-store and foodservice. If you serve a speciality drink which is popular with your customers, now is the time to win recognition for your creation by entering the competition.

Contestants are asked to create a speciality hot, or cold, drink, using the nominated DaVinci Gourmet syrups and pair it with a cake product of their choice to complement their creation.

Initially contestants are asked to forward their entry to include the recipe ingredients and instructions, together with a photograph of the fi nished drink and the chosen cake, stating why the cake complements the drink by the closing date of 1 July 2017.

The top five short listed will be invited to create their drinks, live at the lunch! Show and the winner will be announced at the awards dinner in the evening.
